It also captures an element of fun, a genuine representation of what we bring to the table.

    Our difference

Lyndelle has always thought a little bit differently, broken stereotypes and advocated for change.

A former marketing and consumer business executive coupled with CFO credentials and a diverse executive portfolio background, Lyndelle believes that numbers should be the by-product of the business, not the driver of performance.

Lyndelle drew upon her wide and varied executive experiences to develop her own strategic model.

Having worked across a number of industries including consumer business, sport, professional services and not for profit, Lyndelle understands the complexities, similarities and nuances that are present in today’s ever changing business environment.

I felt like there was a better way for an organisation to have a working strategy, as opposed to a strategic plan that was heavily reliant on static organisational structures, so I created one.
